Used to feel a constant push
My schedule was full of tasks and goals
The more tasks that I checked off my to do list
The stronger the push to fill the empty space with more tasks
There is no end
This sentiment was reinforced when I came across a concept in the book scarcity

When we constantly feel pressed for time, we tend to make bad decisions.
We might feel good about these decisions momentarily, but they can be detrimental in the long run.
If we are going to make breakthroughs in life, we need to relax and reflect because that's how our best ideas surface.

Many creative workers get their best ideas when taking a shower or jogging In fact, creative thinking takes place when the mind is at rest rather than working on something.
That's why Einstein would play the violin when he couldn't figure out a math puzzle. He called this a combinatory.
But finding time for such play in today's world can be challenging,at school and the workplace our schedules might be packed with tasks ,but I always remind myself to carve out a few hours just for me.
